Natural damage or wear to our items is covered by a 100% warranty accidental damage is repairable for charge normally 5-10 % of the original cost of the item, and normally takes up 1-5 working days.

All repairs will be done by our skilled jewelers and will continue to carry our 100% guarantee.

Rings sizing, shortening and extending length is also available.

Special order pricing is based on what type of stone/metal combinations you chose. All special orders MUST be done over phone or fax.
